Programs, payments, and access

• Prices are in USD. Taxes may apply.

• Access to digital products is provided as stated at purchase.

• We may suspend access for non-payment, chargebacks, or violations.

No professional advice

Content is educational. We do not provide legal, tax, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice.

Warranties and liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

Governing law and venue

North Carolina, USA law governs these Terms, with exclusive venue in North Carolina courts.

• Due at checkout unless a payment plan is offered.

• Cards are processed by our PCI-compliant processor. We do not store full card numbers.

Refunds

• Digital products, templates, and courses. Non-refundable once delivered.

• Live programs. Dependent on program. Please see each program page for specific refund policies.

• Services under contract. Governed by the service agreement.

Payment plans

You agree to complete all installments. Failed payments may pause access until resolved.

Chargebacks

Contact [email protected]  to resolve issues. Unwarranted chargebacks may be sent to collections and can result in access termination.
